AFD Expanding into Design 3D Engineering.
Later this year, we will be offering a complete manufacturing solution for those out there wanting to produce their own parts but don't know where or how to get it started. This is a common issue facing some great ideas out there, It can seem a huge task to take on, but that's were we step in, design, 3D CAD Model the part to your specs, create Molds (patterns) if required, also a complete machining program for the parts, G code program for any cnc machine, either 3 axis or full 5 axis simultaneous machines.
The service we will offering will dramatically reduce the time and cost of turning your new idea into a ready for release item.
We will also be able to manage and oversee production runs of your products as you bring it to market........

NEW AFD HP CYLINDER HEAD FLOW DATA RESULTS

These figures are from our prototype HP cylinder head, I think you will find these figures to be outstanding for a cleveland cylinder head of its type, the intake port measures 255cc with a 50cc chamber, our opposition claimed big numbers like no other from their similar product (much larger runner, cnc ported and very expensive),
AFD HP cylinder heads will be in "as cast form" to be purchased at a cost effective level, it can also be ported further , AFD will have larger port options available, our opposition cracked it to say the least when they were given the results of a back to back test on the same bench, on the same day,there is a clear 25 cfm difference at less lift,

COMING SOON - AFD STAINLESS STEEL VALVES
Scheduled for release March /April 2012.

We are currently designing an AFD brand of valves to run in our cylinder heads and any other cleveland cylinder heads. below sizes will be avaliable first.

• 4V intake (2.190" x x5.250" std length)
• 4V exhaust (1.710" x 5.050" std length)
• 2V Intake (2.100" x 5.250"std length)
• 2V Intake (2.080" x 5.250"std length)
• 2V Intake (2.050" 5.250"std length)
• 2V Exhaust (1.650" x 5.050"std length)
  
  We will then expand this range into other makes and models of engines as we go,

They are high grade 21-4N stainless forgings that will be 1 piece (no 2 piece valves) single groove,

These valves are the same as a Manley Severe Duty or Ferrea 6000 series valve, with one big difference, they will not cost you the rediculious money Australian Speed Shops charge for them.
Costing is not completed yet but my goal is to have them for sale for under $15 per valve, (instead of the $30 + per valve our retailers have been charging for too long). This will take the cost of a full set of 16 valves from $480 +, down to just $240.
